We will be exercising upper body, lower body, core and definitely improving your aerobic capacity. Your energy level will explode as you progress through the 30 day period.
We have one fall class 6am-7am each Mon/Wed/Fri for thirty days... then a new class starts the next month. We start promply at 6am , so be on time or a little early!
If you are a beginner to the exercise scene, you can participate at your own pace as long as you are continually challenging yourself. We realize that someone who is a beginner, can not keep up with a lady who has been exercising regularly for months or years. Don't sweat it! You'll get the attention you need to make the improvements you desire.
If you are an exercise buff and want to take your fitness to a new level, you will not be disappointed. You will be challenged each session and reap the rewards of hard work and consistent production. You will experience new routines and new tactics that will break you out of your normal ho-hum gym or home workouts, producing positive results in the areas you most desire.

Winter Park Boot Camp is a great fitness choice for many reasons. I see results with Winter Park Boot Camp—I feel stronger, have more endurance, and my attitude about fitness is much more positive. Boot Camp is a challenge, but Lewis makes it attainable, and somehow, fun. He's not the type of trainer that's going to yell until you're angry, fatigued and just fall over; he's an encouraging, challenging trainer that makes you want to work hard.
The “women-only” environment took the pressure/stress off performance and made me feel instantly more comfortable than the traditional gym experience. Additionally, the team atmosphere that the small group develops breeds a sense of accountability. It can be hard to get up so early in the morning and get moving, but when I know that there's a group of people waiting for me, I always get out of bed and get going. I'm always glad that I go and it makes a real difference in my energy for the day.
Winter Park Boot Camp was a shot in the arm for my fitness program, and now there's nothing I'd recommend more for women who want to make the most of 3 hours of activity a week. Warning: Lewis's bootcamp is addictive, you'll want to just keep going and going!
